With the advent of COVID-19, the entire conference and meeting industry has been forced to adapt and adopt virtual conference platforms and meeting tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Without the option to run face-to-face conferences, AGMs or meetings, some organizations have adjusted reasonably well to this new virtual world, but the majority of organizations using virtual meeting tools are still struggling to run effective and efficient events.
The learning curve for becoming expert in using virtual meeting tools and platforms is very steep and most people simply don't have the time or inclination to really learn all of the functions and features of these platforms and tools.
At the Event Pros we have adapted very quickly to the new virtual world, and we have developed an expert team of virtual platform moderators, facilitators, and meeting organizers.
Our new Aboriginal Marketplace Virtual Conference and Networking Platform has attracted a very large audience to view the webinars, conference sessions and visit our exhibit hall.
We are also renting our virtual platform out to other groups who would like to run virtual conferences but do not want to invest the money and time needed to build such an extensive and innovative platform.
